the issue was much simpler and deeper. No Performance documentation was 
ever published! how did you get such link?

Furthermore, this triggered a discussion about Local and System, since 
the problem "would" have existed if the Documentation have been 
uploaded. Consensus is to generate and install into system domain before 
uploading to the website.

Richard implemented relative links, can be enabled with 
AGSDOC_RELOCATABLE=yes

Richard and I did further tweaks to the style: the project name appears 
top left instead of a generic term. This makes new generated 
documentation recognizable.


I regenerated base-gui-back  and performance. Did some cleanup of 
previous errors. Everything is on the test website together with other 
changes, when all is clear and no regressions, I will merge to main.

Additions get generated badly, especially GuiAdditions... I found no 
issues in the makefile flags at a first glance.
