in order to be able to help you, wee would need some more information from your side:

- What „direct command“ exactly did you execute?

- What result were you expecting and

- What did actually happen (here a copy of the exact error message would be great.


Are you able to provide this information? If yes, please do so. If no, please elaborate on what happened.
