I cannot say since I do not manage GSDE, but it should build and run with it assuming GSDE does not deviate much from GNUstep core libs.  I hopefully haven't hardcoded anything to my installation paths, but if I did I will make sure to fix that as I get to wider testing.  I am looking at making it build for GNUstep on Windows as well.
