By default, the Wrapper for AgnostepManager uses 'agnostep --am' command from an 'xterm -e ...' which searches an installation folder with resources at '~/SOURCES/agnostep-desktop' path. 1) If the previous agnostep-desktop has been removed nor exists at the expected path, it tries to auto-repair itself, i.e., git clone again from upstream. So you saw this AlertPanel. 2) The next time; as it has been repaired, it should run as expected. If not, do not hesitate to open an issue.
