Well, this is the 5th step to provide Help I18N:
- (5) Just create your language folder project:
By Example: 'French.lproj'

Then, put in this folder:
- Translated interface: MyApp.gorm (with French Localizable strings)
- Translated Help: MyApp.help

In GNUmakefile, do not forget to add the needed lines for these 
resources:
> MyApp_RESOURCE_FILES = \
> ... \
> French.lproj/MyApp.gorm \
> French.lproj/MyApp.help

Successfully tested with my app SaveLink.
