Hi,

I've been using Claude to start hacking on A GNUstep based Desktop called
ambrosia. This is designed to be a more mac-like desktop. I'm targeting
Objective-C-2.0, blocks, arc, and Wayland Backend. My approach is to create
a new Wayland compositor targeting GNUstep/NSMacintoshMenuStyle and I'll be
trying to resurrect the WildMenus code on Wayland. There's not a lot to
show at this point so here's a pretty screenshot of the dock
application. SystemPreferences.app will be extended with modules for all
configurations. The window management code is broken but it is starting to
show applications. This Dock screenshot is from Wayfire not
ambrosia-compositor.[image: Dock.png]
