Thank you for your response! and I am hoping the health issues are getting better.

I was hoping more towards *text format* meeting minutes that may be helpful for people who do not have the capacity to listen to video, either as a meeting participant or as a spectator of the recording. Usually such a role lies with a secretary. I would have gladly volunteered for this but the last time I wanted to listen to a video to transcribe it was 15 minutes long and I did not touch it for two years (still have not). There has to be a right person for this who does the task well.
