gorm and projectcenter how?

i saw this question multiple times on the list,
but not found the solution:
if i create a projectcenter app "firstapp" and try
to load the interface file, Gorm does not open it
and says: "problem loading. could not read
/dir/firstapp/resources/firstapp.gorm data". that
is true: it is an empty directory. what should i
set in this directory that Gorm could load it?

btw the other people found a solution to this
problem, but not me.
pc 0.4.1
gorm 0.9.2
(i installed not the cvs version, but the official
startup10.2)
