Hello My problem is that when I launch GWorkspace it quits with some error messages. On the CLI: ]$ openapp GWorkspace 2005-06-22 13:51:05.000 GWorkspace[11665] Warning - mouse/pointer seems to have more than 5 buttons - just using one to five 2005-06-22 13:51:19.000 GWorkspace[11665] File NSData.m: 171. I press OK to these. I saw these messages on the live CD so I think it's nothing serious. But after these it gives four Critical error in GWorkspace windows with Ignore and Abort buttons. Well four if I choose Ignore otherwise it quits immediately. The four messages in these four windows are: NSInvalidArgumentException: Tried to ad nil to array NSInvalidArgumentException: Tried to init array with nil object NSInvalidArgumentException: NSException(Instance) does not recognize sortUsingFunction:context NSInvalidArgumentException: NSException(Instance) does not recognize mutable CopyWithZone Then the file menager window appears for a second or less, then it quits. I've read the GNUStep build guide for Unix systems and tried to setup everything I could (BTW the download link to gnustep-gui and gnustep-back are wrong. Not sure where to post this.) The OS is Mandriva Linux 2005 LE. I installed gnustep-make, base and gui from packages, and compiled gnustep-back and GWorkspace from source. It worked flawlessly on the live CD. dexter11 ____________________________________________________ Yahoo! Sports Rekindle the Rivalries.
