It would appear that you are under the impression GNUstep is an OS. You
have most likely downloaded a Linux distribution with GNUstep installed
on top of it (GNUstep is a series of libraries and frameworks). It
probably came with a bunch of applications that use GNUstep as their
framework. GNUstep is not an operating system, but rather a
multiplatform GUI development framework, based on the OpenStep
specification (NOT the OPENSTEP OS).

The normal rules of configuring Linux networking apply (/etc/network/*
or something), although, I think, considering this is a CD distribution,
it may be difficult to configure such settings.
