GWorkspace.app missing gnustep-gui-0_13.dll (gnustep-core-0.23.1 gnustep-system-0.23.0 on windows)

Hi Guys,

I'm using windows XP with an AMD Athlon 64 processor.

I downloaded the windows setup files:

gnustep-core-0.23.1-setup
gnustep-system-0.23.0-setup

complied some apps, all seems ok

But the
C:\GNUstep\GNUstep\System\Applications\GWorkspace.app
and
C:\GNUstep\GNUstep\System\Applications\Recycler.app

both fail to load:
 C:\GNUstep\GNUstep\System\Tools\gnustep-gui-0_13.dll

(this release come with 
C:\GNUstep\GNUstep\System\Tools\gnustep-gui-0_17.dll)

should they not run "out of the box" ?
Do I need to get the gnustep-gui-0_13.dll ?
