Media WIKI

Hello,

As there was positive feedback on changing the wiki to media wiki, can someone
with access to the server install it?

Few notes:
- upload of files/images should be enabled
(http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Documentation:Administration#Enabling_and_Disabling_Uploads)
- old wiki should be kept for some time, for example: www.gnustep.org/oldwiki
