http://mediawiki.gnustep.org/ claims to be licensed under the FDL.
I asked people not to do that in
http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/gnustep-webmasters/2004-12/msg00039.html 
and no-one objected to that.

Please can you use a GPL-compatible licence instead, or explain?
