I believe this to be one of those companies which just buys webspace up from
sites which have gone down or moved on.   If you remember, a number of years
ago, a guy named Lucas tried to start a GNUstep-based business and owned
gnustep.com.

I believe this company must have simply bought that domain.  When I go there it
says "Domain for sale, please contact us".
