site defacement and intrusion

Hey!

our website got defaced. Since the repositoyr is still correct on 
savannah CVS, the final webserver got compromised.

Please:

1. correct the problem and palce a good version online
2. check for further compromises among files, ftp...
3. trace the source of intrusion if possibly
4. check the webserver for safety and other hacks and take according 
security measures.
