GNUstep wiki changes

Is it possible to make the following changes to the GNUstep wiki? 1. Move the real wiki to wiki.gnustep.org instead of mediawiki.gnustep.org (and reverse the redirect). 2. Change the sidebar (MediaWiki:Sidebar) according to the instructions here: http://mediawiki.gnustep.org/index.php/User_talk:Madleser (I'm not sure who has rights to edit the sidebar).
