Hello,

I'm considering usage of the StringPrep Java class in a high-throughput
environment (an XMPP server). I guess, a JNI version would better fit
that requirement. However, there is no equivalent class in ICU4JNI as
far as I'm concerned. Is anyone have interested in making one?
