ICU4C Proposal: ParagraphLayout::Line::getWidth

I'd like to add the following convenience method for clients which need 
the width of a line so that they can display it centered or right justified:

	/**
	 * Get the width of the line.
	 *
	 * @return the width of the line.
	 *
	 * @draft ICU 2.8
	 */
	le_int32 getWidth() const;

(If anybody has any ideas about how to make the documentation for this 
method more interesting, I'd like to hear about that too :-)
