We are pleased to announce that ICU Version 2.6.1 
(http://oss.software.ibm.com/icu/) has been released.

The ICU release 2.6.1 is available on our public web sites, 
http://oss.software.ibm.com/icu/download/2.6.1/ and 
http://oss.software.ibm.com/icu4j/download/2.6.1/

Features of this maintenance release include:

     * UCA 4.0 support
     * Support for Thai Royal Dictionary ordering
     * Various bug fixes
