[ITK-users] error wrapping itkDummy filter from example

Trying to wrap the filter for python as in the given example from ITK/Release 4/Wrapping/BuildProcess - KitwarePublic

But I get an error:CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:9 (WRAP_LIBRARY):   Unknown CMake command "WRAP_LIBRARY".
Anyone know why this might be?
