FYI, a few weeks ago we added a nice 4D (3D+t) image registration extension to 3D Slicer. It works very well for cardiac volume sequences: it produces a motion-compensated volume sequence and a displacement field sequence. Sequence Registration extension can be installed by a few clicks from the extension manager in recent 3D Slicer nightly versions.
