Hi Abdelkhalek, if you are looking at 2D intersections of 3D contours, they will appear thicker than one pixel in some areas, but this is normal <https://public.kitware.com/pipermail/community/2017-August/013448.html>. If this is not your problem, then please better explain the problem (with example images).
