ivtools-1.2.8 now available

ivtools-1.2.8 is now available from http://ivtools.sf.net

This release keeps ivtools building with gcc-4.4.  It has been tested  
with Ubuntu 9.10.

Thanks to all the Debian maintainers who have helped drag ivtools  
along as the gcc environment continually evolves.
