Hy, might somebody give me information, I played around with the JThread/C++ environment of Orbacus because I like the idea of using the Java Threading API for C++ development. Well it seems to work quite well but I got quite interesting error messages if I start it with the Rational Purify program (memory leak detection). Then I got a lot of Stack Overflow Messages. I tried it with your example code (part of the JTC distribution) and I had the same effect. So I think it is a general problem. (I just took your code an linked it with purify) Well now I can imagine that purify runs into problem with the Thread's own stack. But on the other side, purify is a quite old program and I doubt that they have problem with tracing multithreaded programs. Do you have any experience there ? Could somebody convience my that this is not a serious problem. ... hope to get feedback kindly regards Oliver Schramm -- GMX ProMail (250 MB Mailbox, 50 FreeSMS, Virenschutz, 2,99 EUR/Monat...) jetzt 3 Monate GRATIS + 3x DER SPIEGEL +++ http://www.gmx.net/derspiegel +++ _______________________________________________ JTC-Users Mailing List - [email protected] http://mail.ooc.nf.ca/mailman/listinfo/jtc-users Visit our support FAQ before you send a message. http://www.orbacus.com/faq/support.html
