Libchipcard2 and OpenCT ifd-handler

Moin,

I'm using an Omnikey Cardman 4000. For the past 3 years I've been doing
HBCI with gnucash, libchipcard(2), Omnikey provided binary ifd-handler
and current kernel driver. However, now I have a new machine with a
64bit-CPU (and an amd64 Gentoo-installation), so the binary Omnikey
driver is of no use anymore.

Instead I'm looking into OpenCT which should be able to handle the
cm4000 on its own. I configured openct and it seems to be working with
the reader (I don't have any openct capable tools to test, but at least
openct-tool is able to select the MF on a card, so that seems to be
fine). I also want to do HBCI again, for which I need to have
libchipcard2 access the reader.

I know that openct provides an ifd-handler for pcsc-lite (to enable
pcsc to use all openct supported readers) but I've never used it.
I think that it should be possible to load this ifd-handler into
libchipcard2. But the chipcardd2.conf seems to need some magical
strings in order to work with pcsc-ifd-handlers (which I already saw
when using the libcm4000.so).

Therefore my question: Which magical incantations do I need in my
chipcardd2.conf in order to have the OpenCT ifd-handler work with
libchipcard2?
