After carefull inspection of the PC/SC headers (especially regarding IFD 
handlers) I now have adapted libchipcard3's driver for IFD handlers. It now 
defines DWORD as "unsigned long" like PC/SC does, so it should now also work 
on 64 bit platforms.

The next release of Libchipcard3 will ship with these changes.
