Vorher war GPL vor allem aus historischen Gruenden (LCC war eigentlich seit 
2.x immer GPL).

LGPL ist es nun, weil diese Lizenz auch nicht-GPL-Programmen erlaubt gegen LCC 
zu linken. Damit ist die Lizenz wieder die gleiche, wie damals LCC1.
