Hello, I have a SCR335 (USB) reader and got the exactly same problem as you. I replaced the driver.xml is ccid_ifd with the data for my reader. (should these additional readers not be included in libchirpcard??? E-mail me directly if you need the data.) If oyu got this solved, let me know. I'll try to dig a bit more....
