Support for CardMan4000 or PCSC

Hi,

I upgraded gnucash today, and thus had to switch from libopenhbci to
aqhbci and thus libchipcard to libchipcard2. While the old combination
worked fine, having chipcardd access the reader via pcscd, who in turn
used OnniKey's provided PC/SC driver.

But now, I can find neither a way to make chipcardd talk direktly to my
hardware, nor use the PC/SC driver, nor make use of the pcscd.

I really hope I can use the chipcardd2 daemon somehow, otherwise I'd
have to downgrad again to the old gnucash version.
