Hi,

 I need the following information to add autosetup support for your reader to
 libchipcard2:
 - output of "lsusb" (and a note about which of the listed devices is your card
 reader)
 - name and path to the driver file
 - if possible: Homepage from where the driver can be downloaded

 Fortunately Libchipcard2 is able to use the IFD driver (which is used by
 PC/SC) directly. I only need the information asked for above to make the
 daemon autodetect the presence of the reader...

I guess I need to add that the CardMan4000 is a PCMCIA-Card, so no lsusb
output unfortunately...

# cardctl info
PRODID_1="CardMan"
PRODID_2="4000"
PRODID_3=""
PRODID_4=""
MANFID=0223,0002
FUNCID=255

maybe it helps.

So, is there a chance to see that reader supported soon, or do I have to
hunt down the old debian packages with libchipcard1-enabled gnucash?

Thanks
Joachim
