This question is more related to AqHBCI than to Libchipcard2, however, this 
problem is currently addressed..

I'm reworking the chipcard-plugin code completely at this moment, so at the 
end of the week I hope to have completed the necessary transition in AqHBCI.

I hope that about a week later RSA cards work again.

Future version of Libchipcard2 will ship with CryptToken plugins which are 
then used by AqHBCI, so there will be no need for extra plugins (like 
AqHBCI-RSACard or AqHBCI-DDVCard).
