make von libchipcard2.1.9.14beta läuft nicht

Hallo Martin,

heute habe ich die neue Version von Qbanking, Aqbanking, libchipcard2 und
Gwenhywfar geladen und probiert zu übersetzen. Ich habe zuerst gwenhywfar als
RPM unter Suse 9.3 installiert und danach libchipcard2 mit configure und make
probiert zu generieren. Make hat mir folgenden Fehler produziert:
