Das habe ich  versucht, leider mit Fehlermeldung. Was kann ich noch

Wie kann ich die fehlende Verbindung zur Bank sonst noch testen? Warum
wird die  <VALUE path="ident/customerId"> 9999999999 auf 9999999999
gesetzt? Bin ich auf dem richtigen Weg?
