Your reader is listed in Libchipcard2, so it knows about it. However, you 
don't seem to have the driver installed?

Please installed the appropriate driver from SCM 
(http://www.scmmicro.com/support/pcs_product_drivers.html) and restart the 
chipcard daemon.

After that first try "chipcard-tool list" (with a running chipcard daemon!) 
and "chipcard-tool check".
