I don't understand your version... the free CCID driver I used had versions 
below 1.0.0... In fact I'using the same reader here with version 0.9.4 of the 
CCID driver. So maybe you should try that version (while using the options as 
described on the Libchipcard homepage).

It also seems that you didn't use the options I propose on the homepage: If 
you did then the pcsc-lite-disabled version of the driver should have been 
installed to "/usr/lib/chipcard2-server/lowlevel/ifd"...
