I already started some time ago to add PC/SC functions to the corresponding 
libchipcard2 module (in order to fully support IFD drivers). However, it 
wasn't completely clear to me which functions need to be added.

I now implemented the functions mentioned by Ludovic Rousseau, thanks a lot.
