Not building for libesmtp.so for xscale architecture

Hi All,

 After making changes to  configure.in(comment ou line no 575 and
execute aclocal ; automake ; autoconf)...   ./configure --host=xscale
works fine..But make
does not build a libesmtp.so.5.1.3 but builds a static
library(libesmtp.a) . Plz suggest me a solution.
