There are a couple of things you can do.  I run NTP on a box that is already 
running clockspeed, by using these lines in the /etc/ntp.conf file:

> server  127.127.1.0     # local clock
> fudge   127.127.1.0 stratum 10

which will permit ntpd to run, but it is always talking to itself for the time, 
which clockspeed will manage.  NOTE: this is not going to work for the next leap 
second, since SNTP doesn't handle them.  I was just going to make sure I 
rebooted around there.

The I would suggest you load NetTime on the NT boxes

	http://nettime.sourceforge.net/

since this is vastly superior to the piece of crap that M$loth includes.  I have 
been meaning to see if I can talk the author of NetTime to add a TIACLOCK 
protocol to the list of supported servers.
