The memory is the timestamp in clockspeed's /etc/atto file. If you
need to get back to an unbiased system, you can shut down clockspeed,
delete that file, set your clock (with clockadd), restart clockspeed,
and start feeding it adjustments again.

rebooting won't affect it either way.
