clockspeed and system time

I have installed clockspeed into a FreeBSD-CURRENT system, and all
work fine, the clock is perfect:

current# sntpclock 193.204.114.232 | clockview
before: 2005-01-20 20:23:04.808944000000000000
after:  2005-01-20 20:23:04.803336499894432723

but, I have see some strange clock setting, for example when I type:

$ date | mail luca@home

I can see this in the header:

in the last line (the body of the mail) I see the correct date and
time, but in the Date: field I see the wrong time (with +22 seconds,
the LEAP), but why this?

I have update the timezone file with LEAPSECONDS flag set!
