I have set my "right" timezone file (Europe/Rome), and I have compiled
(with zic) that timezone file with the FreeBSD LEAPSECOND flag
(suggested in http://www.freshports.org/sysutils/clockspeed/) but this
generate my problem!

after that i removed the leapsecs.dat file and I have recompiled
timezone file without LEAPSECOND flag, and now all seem ok:
