my problem is: ovh is accredited registrar and works with 
verisign-grs. Using Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution 
Policy, all is based on the time of the request. And I have
a offset between my servers time which is TAI time and 
versign-grs time. It is more that 22 secondes. I can read
from the logs:
my time           : 2002-7-10  0:40:10
verisign-grs time : 2002-7-09 18:39:43
the offset is about 27 secondes and all logs are useless.

Do you think versign-grs's time is broken ? So I should
break my time too ...
