Licensing of libtai

hi,
I am using libtai for escaping y2038 problem. i am developing a sort of
software that records the video from the IP camera and stores to the
hard disk. I want to know what is the licensing of this library, as i
did not find anywhere in the site of libtai.

PS: My software will not be based on any of the free license like GPL
