Clockspeed and NTP

Hi,
I am just beginning to experiment with using clockspeed and taiclockd to
maintain my local system clocks as a replacement for my current ntp set
up. I cannot fully replace ntp everywhere as I have some devices that I
can't run taiclock on but do run ntp.

I would like to set my time server up using clockspeed to control the
clock and also have ntp running on it to serve time to those devices
that still need it. I expect this means setting up the local clock type
as the only server type in my ntp.conf file. Is this correct? I want to
make sure that ntp is not fighting clockspeed in trying to discipline
the clock.

Does anyone have a sample ntp.conf file that sets up ntp to coexist with
clockspeed so that clockspeed manages the server clock and ntp just
responds to ntp clients?
