I've solved the problem. I've forget to disable ntp. After the reboot
ntp and clockspeed comes up. The figth about the power and my clock
jumps back and forward. ;-) So I killed ntp but then the »one second
problem« comes up. So I reboot again and all looks fine. Now the diff
is only 0.00007s ;-)
