I will likely just run the NTP here pointing at another server which is running clockspeed and NTP in server-only mode. My goal was to have a single reference source internal to our network that I can point the other servers at (Netware and NT). I'll just pick one of my DMZ *nix boxen and run clockspeed as the local time source, then publish that to the internal servers via NTP. Thus, I get the leap seconds handled by clockspeed automatically.
