We don't need to worry about it this year, and possibly even next year:

Presumably, when the next leap second is announced, Dan will have to release a 
new leapsecs.dat.  I believe that there is a way to use zic to generate the 
leapsec.dat file, but I'm not sure where the source comes from.  As pointed out 
in an earlier libtai archived message:

Dan has a (AFAIK unsupported) service here:

	$ dnstxt leap.yp.to

but how that is used, I don't know...
