I see. Then there is nothing to uninstall. If your device is using
the libusb-win32 driver and you are still using the device, then
you will need the driver.

If you no longer need to use the device, then you can leave
the system as it is. Next time when you need the device
again, you plug in the device, and then your device will
work again.

On the other hand, if you really need to remove the
driver files from the system (from the driver store),
then you can use tools like pnputils.
