I am not aware of any applications.

Your system seems to be strange.

Anyway I think you can try one experiment, use Zadig to replace your device
driver from libusb0.sys to WinUSB. Then reboot to see if WinUSB driver
is still there or not.

After that, use driverstoreexplorer tool to remove the WinUSB driver
and then reboot to see what happens.
