cc2511 usb Programming

Hii, 


I am using USB dongle from CC2511 from Texas Instrument , I want send the
data from PC to Usb for example some text file or Random numbers or ones and
zeors , I want to know that how we can do this from PC side ie some software
in the PC side to Handle the Sending the data .
   
I am new to usb programming. I want to use Libusb on Windows 7 ,Which IDE
and compiler will be better for programming and how to setup libusb in
windows 7?.  
 


Please give me some idea so that i can get started.
